Step One
Discovery
- Customer & EcoChalet project team meet to discuss and identifies customer requirements to include but not limited to:, land location; town/city bylaws; budget; home model, # of units, land readiness preparation (septic/municipal/raw land?) required permits; establish timelines.
Step Two
Customer Readiness Approval & Permit Application Submission

Customer and EcoChalet agree to scope of work, budget, financing approval and project details. This stage the customer selects the design, floor plan, any customization if required, and Financing/Lending customer approval EcoChalet & Customer agree to identified scope of work and customer signs off and permit

Step Three
Building Process/Order of PreFab Home Materials
- EcoChalet orders prefab steel home from Manufacturer. All parts are produced to specification in a factory controlled environment using advanced technology and quality materials. Manufacturer and suppliers accept orders and ships within agreed upon time frame.
Step Four
Building/Installation/Assembling the Home
- Exterior installation: EcoChalet assembles the prefab home steel frame, roof and components on the foundation, all exterior including insulated walls and energy infrastructure (plumbing, electricity heat)
- Interior installation: the completion of the interior and exterior details of your prefab home, such as the flooring, the painting, the
.lighting, the landscaping, and the furnishing
Step Five
The Inspection

This involves the verification of the quality, safety, and compliance of your prefab home, by the builder, the manufacturer, and the local city government authorities.
Step Six
Move-In Final Inspection

This involves the final walkthrough of your prefab home, the signing of the documents, the final payment of the balance, and the
