EcoChalet homes allow you to choose the model and style that meets your needs and comes fully furnished with a custom kitchen, open concept elegant cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling state of art energy efficient windows, custom fabricated interior cabinets, shelving, bathroom vanity & fixtures. All homes come with upgrade options to include murphy desk/bed, heated flooring, and up to 5 style choices. Less is more with functional design.

Exterior

EcoChalet homes are built to stand the test of time. Built for climate change the exterior consists of superior patented prefab steel insulated panels and CSA A660 approved. Assembly takes just a few days with prefab construction. The entire roof, exterior prefab steel walls comes pre-insulated cutting down on traditional construction time. Our Canadian manufacturer has been a leading supplier of prefab steel residential and commercial buildings across North America with a solid track rated in the top best 50 managed companies in Canada.

Mechanical

EcoChalet internal mechanical systems offer ductless furnaces and energy savings with their electrical systems. EcoChalet Heating/Cooling systems will be installed to ensure comfortable living conditions while providing our home owners cost savings on their energy bills. All Heating/Cooling climate control systems are CSA approved.
